1. Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
• Shipping times vary by destination: Sweden 2–7 business days, EU 5–14 business days, international 7–21 business days.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• To start a return or exchange, email us at info@southnationmusic.com with your order number.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your returned item.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All prices include 25% Swedish VAT where applicable. VAT will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address. International customers outside the EU may not be charged VAT, but local customs fees or import taxes may apply.
