We’re thrilled to announce a major new addition to the South Nation Music Group family: Helen Wiltshire (@hwsync) is joining us as our new Head of Sync.

Helen’s track record speaks for itself. With over 15 years’ experience in music synchronization, she has managed sync and licensing for both indie and major catalogs, working with icons like David Bowie, George Michael, The Cranberries, Radiohead, The Prodigy, Stormzy, Raye, and many more. Through roles at Warner Chappell and SphereTrax, Helen has placed music in global films, major TV shows, and impactful advertising campaigns. She’s built a reputation for opening doors and landing results for artists and brands alike.

At the same time, Helen founded H W Sync to make music licensing more transparent and accessible for creatives at every level. Her approach resonates with our belief in empowering artists and providing real opportunities—whether it’s a developing talent or a well-known act ready to break into new territory.
